The area art chapter is located in the north Humble Texas area. The paint club meets every 3rd Monday of each month. The chapter has a program 6-7 times a year where they learn new art techniques.

You must be a member of the Society of Decorative Painters in order to belong to DPPT art chapter. We welcome new members. If you are interested in becoming an art chapter member or have any questions please contact us at

The elected officers of the DPPT art chapter shall be President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Term of office is for one year.

Standing committees may be created as may be needed to promote the objectives and interests of the art chapter. Everyone in the art club is encouraged to take on the responsibility of a committee.

Christmas Party

The DPPT art chapters Christmas Party is in December at a local restaurant. There are normally lots of hand-made items given to the attending members of the club and their guests.
